The team at Agency Noir was tasked with creating a short explainer video for the Seattle Public Library’s 10-year strategic plan and needed a motion designer to breathe life into it’s unique brand of hexagons and watercolors. Shawn designed and implemented a motion system of watercolor mattes, shape animations, and camera movements that gave each scene it’s own flavor while maintaining a unified style across the video.
